Service Description

PDFRepair.io provides an online service to repair corrupted or damaged PDF files. You upload a PDF file, we attempt to repair it, and if successful, you can purchase and download the repaired version.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use this service to:

• Unlock password-protected or encrypted PDF files
• Remove DRM (Digital Rights Management) protections
• Bypass security restrictions on PDF files
• Recover redacted or intentionally removed content
• Process files you do not have the legal right to access
• Upload malicious files or attempt to harm our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse the service

Payment and Refunds

• Payment is required only after a successful repair.
• The price is $9 USD per repaired file.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the repair did not meet reasonable expectations.
• Contact support@pdfrepair.io for refund requests.

No Guarantees

While we strive to repair as many PDF files as possible, we cannot guarantee that every file can be repaired. Some files may be too damaged or corrupted beyond recovery.

If we cannot repair your file, you will not be charged.

Limitation of Liability

PDFRepair.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any data loss or damage resulting from use of the service
• Incomplete or imperfect repairs
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

File Retention

All uploaded and repaired files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Download your repaired file promptly after purchase.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
